### RAG System for Technical Documentation
Client: Major HVAC Manufacturer (via Earley Information Science)
Duration: ~12 months
Built an enterprise RAG system for thousands of complex technical PDFs. Worked with SMEs to develop domain ontology, built PDF vision parsing pipeline, and developed LLM-as-Judge evaluation framework for continuous improvement on Azure.

Client: Automotive Financial Services Company (via Earley Information Science)
Duration: 3 months
Led stakeholder interviews across engineering, product, and leadership. Produced SDLC analysis and prioritized implementation roadmap.

### Knowledge Graph Proof of Concept
Client: Global Management Consultancy (via Earley Information Science)
Duration: 3 months
Built a knowledge graph with MCP agents and ontology-driven LLM classification. Knowledge graph retrieval combined with Elastic search proved more robust than either alone.

- PDFsSuck (pdfssuck.com): AI-powered vision enhancement for PDF documents. Makes PDFs AI-readable by embedding visual understanding into accessibility metadata. Born from the RAG engagement where LLMs couldn't read tables and diagrams.
- AI-SDLC (ai-sdlc.io): Open-source framework for orchestrating AI coding agents across the software development lifecycle. Turns development into well-framed decisions that agents execute deterministically. Apache 2.0 licensed.
